Christmas Gifts For Him

*This post contains gifted items, however all thoughts and images are my own.

Does anyone else think that buying gifts for men is actually more difficult than buying for women, or is that just me? My man’s Christmas list usually includes some obscure car part or a power tool I’ve never heard of, but thankfully this year he’s let me off the hook and given me a few ideas that I actually understand. Whether the men in your life are outdoorsy adventurers or dedicated movie buffs, this gift guide should hopefully give you some ideas.

Phone Hug

The Phone Hug is an ingenious invention that’s an absolute must-have for the adventure loving man in your life. Essentially, it’s a simple, yet extremely clever way of keeping your phone attached to you, no matter what activity you’re taking part in. Do you really want to keep your phone in your pocket when you’re hiking and climbing? No, of course not, it’ll fall out and get lost or broken. Adventure lovers might think that putting in their backpack is the best course of action, and while that keeps the phone safe, it also makes it more difficult to get to.

For easy calls, texts, maps and camera access, the Phone Hug is a must have. Phone Hugs fit all phones quickly and easily and have space at the back for your finger, money, earphone storage or even for propping on a stick or bottle for a great group selfie shot. It keeps your phone safe from being stolen, lost or broken and is a great present idea for festival and outdoor lovers.

Freeletics Subscription

Freeletics is a fitness app that I actually use myself, and it’s great for anyone who’s looking to work on their fitness! At the moment, I have a Freeletics giveaway running right now where 3 winners will each win a 3 month subscription to the app. Freeletics customises the workouts to suit your level of fitness, it’s pretty much like having a PT in your pocket!

Manly Man Co

Manly Man Co create a whole variety of ‘manly’ gifts that make unique and tasty gifts. Featuring products such as the Beefy Jerky Flower Bouquet, Single Malt Scotch Caramels, and manly hampers, there’s bound to be a gift in their shop that will make the man in your life happy. What’s more, Manly Man Co is a small, family business run by veterans that aims to take the challenge out of finding men a present they’ll love.

Ink & Drop – High Quality Poster Art and Prints

A house is not a home without art. Art comes in many different forms and it’s definitely true to say that men love a good bit of wall art just as much as the women do. Ink & Drop sell unique, high quality prints from dark decor and skulls, to pop art and graffiti street art. I ordered some prints and the quality is absolutely superb and the prints are all very reasonably priced. No matter what your man’s tastes are, there’s some unique prints out there for him that he’ll love.

Spice Pots – Festive Food Survival Kit

The Festive Food Survival Kit from Spice Pots contains 4 Indian spices and 8 recipe cards that are designed to transform your Christmas leftovers. My mister is a huge foodie, so this type of gift is right up his street! The kit contains a booklet that has 8 wonderful recipes, from nibbles and sweet treats, to clever uses for Christmas leftovers. In order to make these fantastic recipes, the Festive Food Survival Kit also contains 3 savoury curry spices, and 1 sweet spice for baking and desserts. The kit itself is vegan friendly, contains no salt and is nut, sugar and dairy free.

Eco-friendly stocking fillers – goBambu

I know that buying sustainable gifts can be difficult but fortunately there are plenty of independent stores popping up selling unique, eco-friendly items. goBambu offers a variety of products including stunning reusable bamboo coffee cups, bamboo toothbrushes and handcrafted vegan soaps. The best bit about them? They actually offer products at reasonable prices making them ideal candidates for a place to get your sustainable stocking fillers.

Anysharp Knife Sharpener

While we’re talking about the foodies, I have to mention the Anysharp Knife Sharpener. Yes, it’s small, but it is mighty! I got one for my other half and he absolutely loves it. He is a big fan of trying new recipes and experimenting, and having the right tools and equipment on hand makes a big difference. The Anysharp knife sharpener is the best knife sharpener I have ever used and at only £7.99, it’s a great addition to any budding chef’s kitchen.

PPE Work Solutions- Onyx Black Backpack

The Onyx Black Backpack from PPE Work Solutions was featured in my gift guide last year, but I have to say it is still going strong and my Mr uses his every day. This backpack has been thoroughly tested over the past year and it is definitely strong and durable. It’s a simple design, with faux leather zippers, a useful front pocket, padded back panel and high density seat belt webbing. It’s simple, stylish and practical: it does exactly what it says on the tin.
